Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and daily performance monitoring
- Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance with Sephora policies and LVMH ethical standards
- Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and team members, conducting quarterly performance reviews and implementing coaching initiatives to ensure succession planning
- Oversee store merchandising, visual display standards, and product launches to maintain Sephora's brand aesthetic and promotional objectives
- Monitor daily sales results and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
- Conduct staff onboarding and ensure completion of My Sephora Learning training programs to guarantee consistent product knowledge and service delivery
- Manage store budgets, control costs, and work toward increased profitability while maintaining operational excellence
- Ensure store security, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate personnel issues and operational concerns to HR and regional management with appropriate documentation
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, and brand-awareness events to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Proven experience in beauty retail or luxury distribution highly preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Strong numerical acumen and ability to interpret sales reports and performance data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Portuguese; foreign language skills are advantageous

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within the beauty, luxury, or selective distribution sector. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing multi-person teams, and improving operational metrics in a retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Coursework or qualification in business administration, retail management, or related fields is advantageous.
