Store Manager position at Sephora Perth (Carousel) — Lead a passionate retail team in a full-time role with competitive benefits and career advancement opportunities within LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients
- Drive selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's brand values
- Manage profit and loss for the store, including monitoring stock levels to maximize sales and profitability
- Implement continuous improvement mentality and operational initiatives including brand events and training
- Monitor key performance indicators and work closely with the District Manager and Director of Stores to support operational decisions
- Develop and coach team members to raise performance and capability, identifying and nurturing internal talent
- Deliver strategic visual merchandising changes and ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture
- Attract, recruit, develop, and recognize store talent
- Ensure first-class customer service delivery in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site operation
- Proven track record of excellent client service in an experiential retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to influence team members at all levels
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
