Sephora seeks a Store Manager in Pavone Canavese (Ivrea area), Italy to lead store operations, P&L and a large retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve financial targets, including sales, margin and budget adherence.
- Manage the store P&L: control inventory discrepancies, operating costs and personnel expenses, and propose optimisation strategies.
- Drive commercial activity planning and execution (promotions, product launches, events and CRM campaigns).
- Analyse and act on retail KPIs (traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion) and daily reporting.
- Oversee stockroom and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with merchandising strategy.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions and safety regulations.
- Recruit, coach and develop Sephora Specialists (department/area managers); collaborate with Area Manager and HR on career development.
- Foster a motivating, inclusive team climate that supports performance and customer experience excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in store management or equivalent roles, preferably within fast-paced multinational retail.
- Proven experience managing budgets and a P&L, with familiarity in daily commercial reporting and KPI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop a sizable, multi-disciplinary retail team.
- Strong commercial orientation, results-driven mindset and strategic vision to translate opportunities into plans.
- High agility, resilience and strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3–4 years in retail management or a closely related leadership role, ideally within dynamic, multinational retail or prestige beauty environments.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
