Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while achieving sales, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop a diverse, high-performing team through coaching, performance management and career planning.
  • Create and sustain an inclusive store culture that embodies brand standards and drives employee engagement and retention.
  • Drive client acquisition and loyalty through tailored service, clienteling and effective execution of loyalty program initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Optimize labour and inventory resources, translate corporate directives into executable store business plans, and adapt priorities in a dynamic, high-volume retail environment.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a store manager or equivalent leader in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, deliver business results, and manage P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and perform physical duties (lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for entire shift).

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,200 to USD 95,750 per annum.
