Sephora seeks a Store Manager at Ocean County Mall in New Jersey to lead store operations, inspire teams, and elevate client experiences in a dynamic, full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily store operations to deliver an elevated, seamless client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume retail environment
  • Recruit, onboard, and build an inclusive, high-performing team that embodies Sephora's values and delivers signature service

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts

Experience
