Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver seamless, elevated client experiences and drive sales and profitability in a high-volume environment
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate diverse, high-performing teams that embody Sephora's values and deliver signature service
- Conduct impactful performance appraisals, provide real-time actionable feedback, and mentor team members to support career development and engagement
- Champion continuous learning through coaching, open dialogue, and provision of resources to enable team growth
