Sephora in Nashville seeks a Store Manager at Fifth & Broadway to lead operations, grow sales, and develop a high-performing retail team. Salary range $78,200–$95,750.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience in a high-volume, flagship retail environment.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team; recruit and onboard talent to build a high-performing store culture.
- Drive sales, profitability and KPI attainment through execution of business plans, staffing optimization and targeted initiatives.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide real-time feedback and mentor associates to foster career progression and accountability.
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, ensure compliance with policies and uphold brand guidelines.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism, promote loyalty programs and personalize client interactions to increase retention.
Qualifications
- Proven success managing a high-volume retail or hospitality location, with responsibility for store results and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain talent and to build an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
- Strong business acumen with experience executing store-level business plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills for engagement with teams and senior leadership.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts; ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Demonstrated track record of success as a store manager or senior retail leader in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment, with experience driving sales, developing teams and executing operational strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,200 to USD 95,750 per annum.
