Sephora seeks a Store Manager in Nashville (Nashville West) to lead store operations and teams at 6722 Charlotte Pike.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while maximising sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
  • Lead, coach and develop a diverse store team through performance feedback, appraisals, mentoring and ongoing training to build a high-performing culture.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top talent to meet staffing needs and maintain brand service standards.
  • Drive sales performance through KPI management, clienteling, loyalty program activation and personalised client experiences.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, store presentation, compliance with policies and loss-prevention practices.
  • Optimise inventory, staffing and labour resources to respond to business priorities and maintain productivity.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and escalate as appropriate to protect brand reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain physical readiness for retail tasks, including stocking, floor coverage and safe product handling.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality operations with responsibility for store-level results.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in recruiting, developing and retaining retail teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong customer-focus with experience creating personalised client experiences that drive loyalty.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to perform physical retail tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for entire shifts).

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,200 to USD 95,750 per annum.
