Role & Responsibilities

- Proven success managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality operations with responsibility for team leadership and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams and to translate business strategy into operational execution.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; comfortable liaising with senior leadership.
- Client-centric mindset with a track record of delivering personalized experiences that drive loyalty and sales.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to perform on-site duties at the listed store location.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and handle and apply beauty products (with reasonable accommodation where applicable).

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive management experience in high-volume retail or hospitality is preferred; proven track record of meeting sales targets, building teams, and executing business plans—beauty or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
