Sephora — Nantes: Store Manager (CDI). Lead store operations, sales and team development for a key beauty boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the local ambassador for the brand and implement the company's strategic project and retail standards within the store.
- Lead, recruit, train and develop a commercial team to deliver exceptional client experiences and long-term loyalty.
- Set, monitor and evaluate sales targets and KPIs for the store and for Sales Managers; define corrective and innovative action plans to drive performance.
- Drive commercial growth of products and services through promotional activity, clienteling and sales coaching.
- Ensure operational excellence: merchandising and visual identity standards, offer and service implementation, stock and inventory control.
- Analyse sales, HR and operational data to optimise store productivity and staffing; take ownership of local P&L levers.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards across all store activities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in retail with a strong business orientation and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to convert customer advice into sales and to foster collective success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, managerial rigour and a hands-on approach to store operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret KPIs and implement effective action plans.
- Availability to work on site and manage a retail schedule including peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with significant time in retail management and proven responsibility for team leadership and commercial results.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or equivalent professional experience in commerce/retail.
