Sephora Store Manager position in Montluçon, France. Lead retail team, drive sales, manage P&L operations on a full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a commercial sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales transformation
- Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of commercial excellence and passion for sales
- Drive store-level performance through robust analysis of commercial and HR indicators, implementing corrective and innovative action plans
- Ensure rigorous adherence to company standards, visual merchandising protocols, inventory management, and service delivery
- Establish and monitor sales objectives for department managers, providing performance feedback and coaching
- Optimise store performance through comprehensive P&L oversight and strategic commercial planning
