Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of objectives.
- Supervise customer reception to maintain Sephora's unique shopping experience.
- Ensure the store's economic performance by achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, promotions, and new product launches.
- Manage financial results, including inventory discrepancies, operational costs, and personnel expenses.
- Oversee stock levels, product replenishment, and merchandising.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
Qualifications
- Senior management experience with a strong business and customer satisfaction orientation.
- Proven ability to develop and supervise a team.
- Experience in anticipating, developing, and executing action plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution.
- Dynamic, flexible, and problem-solving mindset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a multinational retail environment.
Education
High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
