Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure a seamless, elevated client experience while maximizing sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Recruit, onboard and cultivate a diverse, high-performing team; set strategic direction and reinforce a customer-first store culture.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through regular feedback, performance appraisals and tailored learning opportunities.
- Drive results through inventory optimization, staffing planning, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards and compliance.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism; actively drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized services.
- Manage operational tasks including scheduling, loss prevention, cash handling and executing business plans to meet targets.
- Maintain physical standards of the store environment and ensure readiness for peak trading periods (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Proven success leading retail or hospitality operations in a high-volume, complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire and develop talent while delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude for managing conflict and aligning teams to objectives.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for full shifts).

Experience
Demonstrated track record of success leading high-volume retail or hospitality teams, executing business plans and delivering store-level sales and profitability goals. Preferred experience managing flagship or multi-disciplinary stores.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
