Sephora Store Manager position in Marseille, France – Lead a beauty retail team with attractive compensation and career growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador and ensure deployment of Sephora's corporate strategy within the store location
- Lead and manage a sales team of multiple staff members, fostering coaching, development, and a passion for sales excellence
- Recruit, train, and animate team members while establishing a culture of collective success
- Define, monitor, and evaluate sales manager objectives and KPIs
