Sephora Store Manager position in Málaga, Spain. Lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and manage a dynamic beauty retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Bahía Málaga corner team, fostering a culture of empowerment and inclusion
- Drive sales performance against KPIs and commercial targets through strategic planning and execution
- Recruit, develop, and motivate team members, building talent and succession pipelines
- Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with Sephora's brand promise of beauty and empowerment
- Manage store operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance within the retail environment
- Contribute to retail expansion initiatives and operational excellence across the location
- Report on financial and operational metrics, with accountability for profit and loss within the corner
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience in retail or beauty sector
- Proven track record of managing sales KPIs and achieving commercial targets
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
