Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to drive store performance.
- Participate in the expansion project of the retail network.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in KPI management and sales orientation.
Skills
