Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent Store Manager to lead operations, sales, profitability, team development, and the client experience at its Macedonia, Ohio store. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and includes physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking throughout the shift. The annual base salary range is $78,200–$95,750, with potential bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and deliver an elevated client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Lead, coach, inspire, and develop a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and strong performance.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard talent to build an inclusive team that reflects Sephora’s values and delivers signature client service.

- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, work in a fragrance-filled environment, and handle and apply products to clients, with or without accommodation.
