Sephora seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Anima Los Cabos location in Mexico to lead operations, team development, and customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve exceptional results
- Drive attainment of commercial objectives and key performance indicators
- Guarantee an outstanding shopping experience for all customers through superior service standards
- Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to operational protocols
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to team members to support professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma completed or equivalent; some university education preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in high-volume retail environments
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams
- Strong proficiency with commercial KPIs, inventory management, store operations, and cash reconciliation
- Results-oriented mindset with commitment to customer service excellence and collaborative teamwork
