Sephora UK seeks an experienced Store Manager for Brent Cross, London. Lead sales, operations, and team development in this permanent retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store across strategy, service, people and operations, reporting to the Regional Retail Manager
- Provide strategic insight to leadership through market analysis, competitor reviews and identification of growth opportunities
- Motivate, coach and develop the management team through regular feedback, recognition and personalised development plans
- Develop short- and long-term plans to maximise sales and elevate store performance
- Utilise customer insights and local trends to inform product recommendations, stock decisions and in-store initiatives
- Ensure exceptional client experience through SEPHORA Attitude behaviours, providing live coaching and service elevation
- Lead sales performance by monitoring KPIs, analysing results and implementing action plans to exceed commercial targets
- Ensure operational excellence across all areas including cash handling, stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising
- Create and maintain a safe, organised and compliant store environment, upholding company policies and loss-prevention practices
- Partner with Supervisors to align on service, promotions and performance goals across departments
- Drive accountability for results across all categories, including exclusive brands and SEPHORA Collection
- Lead communication of business priorities, ensuring the whole team understands strategy, goals and expectations
- Manage team scheduling and annual leave effectively to maintain strong floor coverage
- Partner with the Recruitment team to attract and hire exceptional talent
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams
- Strong commercial and operational capability
- Deep understanding of prestige beauty product categories and customer experience standards
- Strong digital and analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive informed decision-making
- Expertise in operational excellence including stock, cash, compliance and store presentation

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with demonstrated success leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced commercial environment.
