Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store strategy, service, people, and operations.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Regional Retail Manager through market analysis and competitor reviews.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the management team with regular feedback and personalized development plans.
  • Develop short- and long-term plans to maximize sales and elevate store performance.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience through live coaching and service elevation.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement action plans to exceed commercial targets.
  • Ensure operational excellence in cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Create a safe, organized, and compliant store environment.
  • Partner with Supervisors to align on service, promotions, and performance goals.
  • Manage team scheduling and annual leave to maintain strong floor coverage.
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to attract and hire exceptional talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams.
  • Strong commercial and operational capability.
  • Willingness to develop a deep understanding of Sephora product categories.
  • Strong digital and analytical skills for sales data interpretation.
  • Passion for coaching and developing people.
  • Expertise in operational excellence including stock, cash, and compliance.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
