Sephora seeks an experienced Store Manager for the Liège location. Lead retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive commercial performance in this permanent Brussels-based role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a commercial sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty-building experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop team members whilst fostering a passion for sales and Sephora's brand mission
- Set, monitor, and evaluate sales objectives for Sales Managers, ensuring accountability and performance
- Drive commercial development through strategic product and service promotion to maximize revenue
- Analyze and optimize store performance through regular review of commercial and HR indicators, implementing corrective and innovative action plans
- Maintain adherence to all operational processes including visual merchandising, product assortment, service delivery, and inventory management standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador, championing Sephora's corporate vision and values within the store
