Sephora seeks an experienced Store Manager for the Liège location. Lead retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive commercial performance in this permanent Brussels-based role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a commercial sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty-building experiences
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members whilst fostering a passion for sales and Sephora's brand mission
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate sales objectives for Sales Managers, ensuring accountability and performance

  • Maintain adherence to all operational processes including visual merchandising, product assortment, service delivery, and inventory management standards
