Sephora seeks a Store Manager in Lawrenceville Township, NJ to lead operations and client experience at Quaker Bridge Mall.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to deliver a consistent, elevated client experience while achieving sales, margin and profitability targets in a high-volume environment.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; develop leaders and associates through coaching, performance management and formal appraisals.
  • Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalised service, proactive outreach and effective use of loyalty programmes and CRM activities.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and presentation standards meet brand guidelines and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Manage staffing, payroll and resource allocation to optimise productivity and respond to traffic and promotional events.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed to maintain brand reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures and local regulatory requirements; uphold an immaculate, fragrance-forward store environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven success leading a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality operation with demonstrable results in sales and team development.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills, including recruiting, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
