Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer journey and operational services within the store.
• Develop and implement store service plans to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Provide coaching and training to the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs.
• Ensure effective floor management and motivate the team to enhance client experience.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and propose action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to offer Beauty Services and maximize client satisfaction.
• Support the Area Manager in analyzing results and proposing action plans.
• Motivate and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Recruit and develop talents, ensuring succession plans are in place.
• Drive sales targets and reinforce sales policies and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with store operations policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock availability and propose podium orders.
• Support the Area Manager with market knowledge and develop strategies to drive sales.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Stay updated on trends and products, and mentor the team.
