Role & Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets.
• Manage all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience.
• Drive the execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.
• Act as a Sephora Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Company Attitude and Values.
• Take full ownership of the store's commercial success.
• Analyze data to challenge the status quo and address improvement areas.
• Drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
• Forecast sales and payroll with the Country Manager and Head of Retail.
• Monitor service levels and remedy areas of opportunity.
• Lead and develop store team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
• Ensure all team members are trained on Sephora, brand, and product knowledge.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Ensure legal and financial integrity of the store.
• Manage store operations systematically and efficiently.
• Lead and implement loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Drive a service and selling culture in the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education, advanced diploma or University degree preferred.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 18 months' work experience in a beauty/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment and at least 12 months' Store Management responsibility.

Education

Minimum secondary school education, preferred advanced diploma or University degree.
