Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets.
- Manage all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience.
- Drive the execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.
- Act as a Sephora Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Company Attitude and Values.
- Take full ownership of the store's commercial success.
- Analyze data to challenge the status quo and address improvement areas.
- Drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Forecast sales and payroll with the Country Manager and Head of Retail.
- Monitor service levels and remedy areas of opportunity.
- Lead and develop store team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
- Ensure all team members are trained on Sephora, brand, and product knowledge.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Ensure legal and financial integrity of the store.
- Manage store operations systematically and efficiently.
- Lead and implement loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Drive a service and selling culture in the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school education, advanced diploma or University degree preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 18 months' work experience in a beauty/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment and at least 12 months' Store Management responsibility.
Education
Minimum secondary school education, preferred advanced diploma or University degree.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
