Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Foster exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Communicate clearly and objectively with staff and customers across all store functions

Qualifications
