Sephora Store Manager role in Johns Creek, GA – Lead high-volume retail operations, inspire teams, and drive client satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver elevated client experiences and drive sales and profitability in a high-volume environment
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing, diverse team while fostering accountability and exceeding performance goals
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate exceptional talent that embodies Sephora's values and delivers signature service
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time, actionable feedback and mentorship to support career development
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining an immaculate, visually inspiring store environment and upholding brand standards and compliance

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and manage complex discussions
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated experience creating personalized, memorable experiences
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk sales floor for entire shift
- Ability to handle and apply beauty products to clients with or without accommodation
- Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
