Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations and client experience delivery in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse, high-performing team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide real-time coaching, and mentorship to support team members' career growth and engagement
- Drive client satisfaction through personalized experiences, loyalty program engagement, and skillful concern resolution
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, immaculate store environment, and full compliance with brand policies and procedures
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources while adapting to shifting priorities and market opportunities
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that celebrates learning, accountability, and shared values

- Demonstrated success in high-volume retail or hospitality management, with proven ability to drive store results and execute business plans
