Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, conducting career and employee appraisals.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
  • Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and timely implementation of updates and animations.
  • Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
  • Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
  • Implement inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods.
  • Oversee goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
  • Ensure the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing.
  • Participate in retail projects in cooperation with Area Managers.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Previous management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching skills. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset. Excellent communication and delegation abilities. Analytical and commercial working methods. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel. Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.

Experience

At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector, with previous management and team leadership experience.

Education

Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
