Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while achieving sales and profitability targets in a high-volume environment.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top talent; develop and motivate a diverse team through coaching, performance management and career development.
  • Drive sales performance through active coaching, goal-setting, real-time feedback and execution of business plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, loss-prevention protocols and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing conflict and aligning teams with senior leadership priorities.
  • Client-centric orientation with experience delivering personalized experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
