Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while achieving sales and profitability targets in a high-volume environment.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top talent; develop and motivate a diverse team through coaching, performance management and career development.
- Drive sales performance through active coaching, goal-setting, real-time feedback and execution of business plans.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, loss-prevention protocols and compliance with company policies.
