Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure a seamless, elevated client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team through regular feedback, performance appraisals, and targeted learning initiatives to build a high-performing store culture.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent, ensuring staffing levels meet business needs and brand standards.
- Execute merchandising, visual and operational standards to maintain an immaculate, brand-compliant store environment.
- Manage inventory and staffing resources, optimize labour scheduling, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities to achieve store goals.
- Resolve client concerns tactfully, drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalised service, and continuously improve client satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a store manager or in a senior retail leadership role within high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrable leadership and business acumen with the ability to set strategic direction and deliver measurable store results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building trust across teams and with senior leadership.
- Passion for talent development, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and applying product to clients in a fragrance-filled environment.

Demonstrated success leading store operations in high-volume retail or hospitality settings, with experience driving sales, developing teams, recruiting talent, and executing business plans to achieve targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
