Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and store employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
  • Oversee recruitment and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
  • Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely implementation of updates and animations.
  • Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and daily deployment plans.
  • Manage inventory to ensure optimal availability of goods.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing.
  • Participate in retail projects in cooperation with Area Managers.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset. Excellent communication and delegation skills. Analytical and commercial working methods. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel. Proficiency in English and the native language of the country.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector, is required.

Education

Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
