Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and store employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Oversee recruitment and implement recruitment strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely implementation of updates and animations.
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and daily deployment plans.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal availability of goods.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing.
- Participate in retail projects in cooperation with Area Managers.
Qualifications
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
