Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the store team to ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction.
  • Implement and oversee floor leadership and management to maintain high standards of service.
  • Drive sales and achieve commercial and operational KPIs through effective team motivation and management.
  • Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures, including stock management and merchandising.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market share expansion.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to analyze market conditions and propose action plans.
  • Manage and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in store management.

Skills

Advanced product knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures. Strong digital orientation and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to manage and develop teams effectively. Commercial awareness and business acumen.

Experience

Proven successful role in managing with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in store management.

Education

Bachelor's degree.
