Sephora Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to deliver an elevated, seamless client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets in a high‑volume retail setting.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team through hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, real‑time feedback and individualized career development.
• Drive traffic, conversion and loyalty enrollment through personalized clienteling and targeted service initiatives.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards, store presentation and compliance with brand policies and operational procedures.
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources to support sales goals and respond to shifting priorities.
• Resolve client concerns professionally to protect brand reputation and maximize satisfaction.
• Foster a continuous learning culture by providing access to training resources and promoting leadership development within the store.
• Manage scheduling, forecasting and local execution of corporate promotions and merchandising directives.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a store manager or senior leader in high‑volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction for a store, drive results and foster a strong, accountable store culture.
• Strong leadership and people development skills with a track record of recruiting, coaching and retaining talent.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across levels and resolve complex personnel or client issues.
• Capacity to perform physical retail duties (lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk entire shift) and to apply product when required.

Experience

Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering business results in high‑volume retail or hospitality settings; proven ability to execute business plans and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 67,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
