Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Oversee recruitment and implement recruitment strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail key figures such as IPT, AVB, Conversion Rate, and Market Shares to enhance store performance.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards and timely implementation of updates.
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimum availability of goods.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing.
- Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues.
- Participate in retail projects in cooperation with Area Managers.
Qualifications
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for the beauty sector.
Education
Completed studies or training in retail or a related field.
