Sephora is hiring a full-time Store Manager for its Partridge Creek store in Clinton Township, Michigan. The manager leads daily operations, sales, client experience, recruiting, and team development in a high-volume retail environment, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. The annual base salary is $78,200–$95,750, with potential bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and deliver an elevated client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Lead, coach, inspire, and develop a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and performance against goals.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard talent to build an inclusive team that reflects Sephora’s values and delivers its signature service.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback and mentorship to support team members’ development and engagement.
