Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the local ambassador for Sephora and ensure full deployment of the company’s strategic priorities within the store.
- Lead, coach and develop a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long‑term client loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard and train sales staff and Managers to instil a passion for selling and product expertise.
- Set, monitor and evaluate commercial and HR objectives for store managers; define corrective and innovative action plans to optimise performance.
- Drive sales of products and services through proactive merchandising, promotional execution and service delivery.
- Analyse sales and HR KPIs to identify trends and opportunities; implement targeted initiatives to improve conversion and average basket.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across visual identity, merchandising, offers, services and stock management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a retail manager with strong leadership and people‑development skills.
- Business‑oriented mindset with a demonstrable focus on customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
- Solid experience in recruitment, training and performance management of multi-disciplinary teams.
- High standards of operational rigour, with the ability to enforce processes and brand standards.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to interpret commercial and HR indicators and translate them into actions.
