Sephora seeks a Store Manager in Catania, Italy to lead the via Etnea boutique, drive sales and manage store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the store's financial performance, meeting budget and sales targets while optimising margin and operating costs.
- Coordinate commercial activity — promotions, product launches, in-store events and CRM campaigns — to maximise traffic and conversion.
- Manage the store P&L, control inventory discrepancies, monitor personnel costs and propose cost-optimisation strategies.
- Analyse and drive key retail KPIs (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction) and produce daily/weekly reporting.
- Oversee stockroom operations, maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure merchandising aligns with replenishment cycles and brand standards.
- Implement corporate procedures and commercial policies issued by central functions (pricing, promotions, health & safety).
- Lead, coach and develop Sephora Specialists (Department Managers) and wider store teams to ensure high-performance, engagement and career progression.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR to design and deliver tailored internal development and succession plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in store management or a comparable leadership role, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail.
- Demonstrable experience in P&L ownership, budget management and KPI-driven retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sizable, multi-disciplinary team toward commercial objectives.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the capacity to translate strategic opportunities into operational plans.

Experience
Minimum 3–4 years in a store management or senior retail leadership role, ideally within fast-paced, multinational or premium retail environments.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
