Sephora Store Manager position in Canberra, Australia – lead a prestige beauty retail team on a full-time basis with career growth opportunities within LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team by embodying Sephora's brand experience and prestige beauty positioning
- Drive sales culture to exceed KPIs and elevate team performance through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development
- Manage profitability, sales forecasting, stock control, and visual merchandising in collaboration with Store and Assistant Store Managers
- Interpret operational reporting data to inform strategic store decisions and daily management
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to lead store operations and make confident decisions on client and team matters during peak trading periods
- Maintain a positive workplace culture through effective communication, feedback, and recognition of team achievements
- Support cross-functional store operations including sales floor engagement, back-of-house management, and cash handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, sales forecasting, and KPI achievement
- Proven people management and training capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Strong visual merchandising and stock control knowledge
- Hands-on leadership style with passion for client service and experiential retail

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with demonstrated track record in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising. Hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is essential.
