Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven store management experience in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and lead diverse teams to achieve ambitious sales and operational targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence peers and senior leadership; adept at conflict resolution.
  • Passion for coaching and talent development, with a demonstrated track record of growing team capability and engagement.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch for stock duties, and work in a fragrance-rich environment; availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
