Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while achieving sales and profitability targets in a high-volume environment.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and retain top talent; build an inclusive, high-performing team that embodies the brand’s standards and values.
- Develop and coach store leadership and associates through performance appraisals, real-time feedback, and targeted learning to drive engagement and growth.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention protocols, and health & safety guidelines.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapt to shifting priorities, and execute business plans to drive category and store-level growth.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism, promote loyalty programs, and create personalized experiences that increase retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven success leading a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality location, with a track record of driving results and executing business plans.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire, develop and hold teams accountable; strong people-management and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence peers and senior leadership and to manage conflict constructively.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, bend/stretch for stock duties, and work in a fragrance-rich environment; ability to handle and apply products to clients (with or without accommodation).

Demonstrated success in high-volume or complex retail or hospitality environments with experience setting strategic direction, leading teams, and delivering measurable store results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, merchandising, hospitality or related field preferred.
