Sephora seeks a Store Manager at Prudential Center, Boston to lead store operations and team development. Salary range: $103,200–$126,400.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure an elevated, seamless client experience while meeting sales, profitability, and KPI targets in a high-volume retail environment.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team through continuous feedback, performance appraisals, and formal development plans.
- Drive sales growth and client retention by executing business plans, optimizing staffing and inventory allocation, and promoting loyalty program engagement and personalised clienteling.
- Maintain operational and visual standards including merchandising, store presentation, compliance with company policies, loss-prevention protocols, and health & safety requirements.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and tact, safeguarding brand reputation and converting issues into loyalty-building opportunities.
- Forecast resource needs, control costs, and adapt strategies to shifting priorities within a dynamic retail calendar (promotions, launches, seasonal peaks).
Qualifications
- Proven track record of store leadership in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality settings with responsibility for driving store results and leading teams.
- Demonstrable ability to recruit, develop and retain talent; strong people-management and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging peers, store teams, and senior leadership.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a history of delivering personalised, memorable client experiences and loyalty-building initiatives.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, and handling beauty products in a fragrance environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
