Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish sales and staffing forecasts with the District Manager to optimize store performance and financial results
  • Monitor and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to the team and implement corrective strategies as needed
  • Achieve store sales targets and operating margins while managing expenditures effectively
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experience while adhering to budget constraints
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members for all store positions according to operational needs
  • Train, mentor, and motivate service managers and team leads, delegating supervisory responsibilities to develop their leadership capabilities
  • Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for achievements and constructive feedback on development opportunities
  • Conduct inventory management, maintain stock records, and escalate inventory issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions aligned with Sephora concepts to drive business growth

  • Minimum five years of senior management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams with a passion for training and employee development
  • Proven recruitment, staffing, and hiring experience across all store-level positions, including supervisory roles
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
