Sephora Store Manager position in Auckland, New Zealand. Lead retail operations, manage P&L, and build exceptional teams at this leading beauty retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing store team through coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities
- Manage the store's P&L, maximize sales and profitability by identifying trends, analysing performance, and forecasting results
- Create exceptional in-store experiences that build customer loyalty using Sephora tools and data to measure and enhance KPIs
- Drive day-to-day operational initiatives ensuring brand representation, adherence to policies, and implementation of best practices
- Monitor and report on core KPIs that drive business performance, improvement, and achievement of strategic vision
- Attract, recruit, and develop retail talent whilst maintaining a strong, inclusive workplace culture where all team members are valued and recognized
- Maintain flexible availability including weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience at stores of equivalent or higher sales volume
- Proven track record of P&L management and sales growth
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills with ability to influence teams across all levels
- Demonstrated talent for identifying, attracting, and inspiring high-performing employees
- Experience using retail analytics tools and KPI dashboards
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and extended store hours
