Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences through strong client focus, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving using Sephora's analytics tools to measure KPIs and propose actionable improvement plans
- Develop and execute strategic sales and budget initiatives to maximize profitability, identify growth opportunities, and drive consistent achievement of organizational objectives
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability by implementing brand initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation aligned with Sephora's values
- Engage, inspire, and develop team members through coaching and mentorship, cultivating their strengths and leveraging Sephora's core values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating and supporting teams while maintaining high standards for customer service and brand representation
Qualifications
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
- Previous retail management experience at an equivalent or higher sales volume location
- Strong organizational, analytical, and management capabilities
- Proven track record as a hands-on leader with demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence team members positively
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock merchandise, stand and walk the sales floor for extended periods, and work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Mobility within the market and willingness to relocate (a plus)
- Adherence to Sephora's dress code and employment policies

Experience
Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store; demonstrated hands-on leadership experience motivating and coaching retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or retail certifications a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 82,100 to USD 100,550 per annum.
