Sephora is hiring a Store Manager in Arlington, TX to lead store operations, drive sales and develop a high-performing team. Salary range $78,200–$95,750.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit, onboard and develop a diverse, high-performing team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Drive sales growth and client loyalty via personalized service, clienteling and activation of loyalty programs.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, store presentation and compliance with brand policies and procedures.
- Optimize inventory, staffing and resource allocation to respond to demand and maximize productivity.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide actionable feedback and create development plans to retain and promote talent.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and uphold Sephora’s service standards and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure team capability to handle and apply products in compliance with procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a store manager or retail leader in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, drive store results and execute business plans to meet ambitious targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing conflict and aligning teams with senior leadership.
- Passion for developing others through coaching, real-time feedback and structured learning.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

Experience
Demonstrated success managing a high-volume retail or hospitality location, with a track record of recruiting and developing talent, delivering sales growth and executing operational plans in a complex environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,200 to USD 95,750 per annum.
