Sephora is seeking a Store Manager for its Annemasse store on a permanent, full-time basis. The role leads the sales team, develops talent and sales, oversees store performance and ensures operational standards; compensation includes fixed salary, monthly and annual objective-based variable pay, health insurance, profit-sharing and participation in company results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Sephora and ensure the company project is implemented in the store.
- Lead and manage the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty, and develop each team member’s skills.
- Recruit, train and motivate the team, fostering a passion for selling.
- Set, monitor and evaluate the objectives of the Sales Managers.
- Drive sales of Sephora products and services.
- Optimize store performance by monitoring and analyzing commercial and HR figures and indicators, then defining appropriate corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure compliance with processes and standards for visual identity, merchandising, offers, services and stock management.
