Sephora seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop and coach a diverse team, drive sales and profitability, and deliver elevated client experiences at its high-volume Arbor Hills store in Ann Arbor. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability; the annual base salary is $78,200–$95,750, with potential bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to deliver an elevated client experience and drive sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Lead, coach, inspire, and develop a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and achievement of performance goals.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard talent to build an inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values and delivers signature service.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback and mentorship to support team members’ development and engagement.
- Promote continuous learning through coaching, open dialogue, and resources that help associates and leaders reach their potential.
- Deliver outstanding service, resolve client concerns, and drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
- Maintain a visually inspiring, immaculate store and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

- Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for an entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
