Sephora is seeking Store Manager expressions of interest in Adelaide, Australia. Full-time retail management role with development and LVMH career opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model and deliver the Sephora customer experience on the salesfloor, embodying brand DNA across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
- Drive a high-performance selling culture to exceed sales targets and KPIs through coaching, performance management and on-floor leadership.
- Analyse and interpret daily reporting to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Senior Beauty Advisors.
- Coach, develop and energise the store team through structured feedback, training and succession planning.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters, making confident store decisions during assigned shifts.
- Oversee store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, sales forecasting and back-of-house processes to ensure smooth trading.
Qualifications
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident (only candidates with right to work in Australia will be considered).
- Minimum 3 years' retail management experience with responsibility for P&L, sales forecasting, people management, stock control and visual merchandising.
- Availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting and data input.
- Demonstrated hands-on leadership on the sales floor and a passion for experiential customer service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in retail management with proven outcomes in sales growth, P&L oversight, team leadership, stock management and visual merchandising.
Education
No formal tertiary requirement; a qualification in business, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
