Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies and the induction of new employees.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, analyzing key retail figures to drive store performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure order and cleanliness on the sales floor.
  • Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and deployment plans.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
  • Participate in retail projects and foster relationships with partners.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset. Excellent communication and delegation skills. Analytical and commercial working methods. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel. Proficiency in English and native language of the country.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector.
