Sephora seeks a Store Management Professional for its Queensland location on a permanent full-time basis (38 hours).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team by embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to clients
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise team performance through coaching, feedback, and development support
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising across the store
  • Utilise and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to confidently handle client and team member matters in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Facilitate open communication with the team through effective feedback and consistent engagement with management
  • Support client discovery of Sephora's product offerings through hands-on leadership and floor presence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
  • Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Strong client service orientation and understanding of experiential retail
  • Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive culture where team members are valued and developed
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
